I stopped contacting and asking people if they're well to see if some would ever check on me for once. A couple friends never do. They never message to ask if I'm doing well, that they miss me, that we should catch-up, congratulating me. Nothing. I don't want the friendship to end, so how should I subtley tell her to contact me if she cares?

Tell her that it would be nice if she contacted you so that you can both continue the friendship. But it seems that a couple of them may have ended the friendship already.
ReplyWhy do they have to do that? Why do you need the reassurance? Some people just dont wanna do that
ReplyBecause that's what friends do?? What are you talking about. It's not reassurance for someone to ask if you're well if they've supported you. It shouldn't be a "task" you do this willingly for the people you love. The fact that you have no care in the wirld how your supposed "friend" is doing speaks volumes to the friendship, it's clearly one-sided. People who don't want to reach out/talk/hang with a friend most probably isn't a friend. Common sense!!!
ReplyBe the example you want others to follow - without any ulterior motives such as testing them to see if they'll return the behavior. Keep in mind, in life we'll have a handful of actual true friends who will be there unconditionally; the rest will be more acquaintances. Best of luck.
Courtesy notice: the following includes a reference to a book that contains writings over 2000 years old which are mostly parables about human nature, both vile human nature as well as moral human nature, parables that are meant to teach us to learn and grow, including the teachings of Christ Jesus. No religion required, and better yet: no public displays of devotion required, although the former and latter are admirable if practiced freely out of one's own free will and without the threat of being beheaded. Some bullies will label this "trolling", so "change the channel" now if of no interest to you.
1 Thessalonians 5:11
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
Mark 12:28-31
And Christ Jesus said the 2 greatest commandments are:
Love God first and foremost.
Love your fellow-being as you love yourself.
From following or not following these, all good or evil cascades, respectively.
