Unhealthy vices I use to cope with my problems and what healthy alternatives I could try instead

I'm an under eighteen teenage highschool girl. Whenever I've not got a high score, I've been behaved with like shit by everyone. There're far worse things going on along with bullying, being pushed away and isolated and left alone at school.
This year, things got to the worst. I failed in one subject and got below average in six, out of total ten subjects in school. I've been attempting to commit suicide every moment now, even more than I did previously.
To cope with all this, I drink coffee in excess amounts and sometimes secretly overdose on prescribed medicines.
It doesn't help and I feel bad but I still do it anyway.

Schools are child minding agencies here to prevent anarchy and keep kids occupied. You only need good grades if you intend to go to college, or medical or law school otherwise grades don't really matter. All you need to know is how to read, write, spell, and do basic math. If you leave after high school you will still survive.
ReplyYou are not going to be at school forever. Get a sense of proportion. Grades is not a thing to kill yourself over. It really doesn't matter as much as you think. When you get older, you won't even be able to remember your grades. Stop being brainwashed by the school system to think it all actually matters. What matters is that you take care of your health. Ditch the coffee and drink decaffeinated tea. Do not abuse prescription medication. Put yourself FIRST beyond everything. You have got the rest of your life to live and you want to be healthy while you do that. Life will be no fun if you're on drugs and have illnessess, combined with older age, it will be a nightmare. Be healthy when you are young as you have age on your side. The older you get, the harder health becomes, especially if you are not fundamentally healthy when you are younger.
