Anytime I got to school I get nervous which causes me to become hungry. And despite eating food, my stomach grumbles like it needs more but I eat food. This occurs anytime I’m anxious or nervous, even after I eat a lot of food. However, when I’m home alone I could go hours without eating and not a single thought of food or a single rumble appears. It’s like my brain has associated stomach grumbling with anxiety or stress. How can I fix this or stop it?
