I really want to eat sweet things and junk food...but I am very afraid to gain weight...so I am choosing not 2 eat it....that is causing me a lot of unhappiness.....

Moderation and exercise. That's the balance that will allow you to eat what you enjoy without concern of putting on weight. Just be reasonable with yourself.

ReplyShutting out sweets and “junk”food, most of the times, makes people eventually start bingeing ones they start eating it, and that will cause weight gain. Try not to get think about food being good or “junk”. That will only make things difficult. Eating sweets and other foods doesn’t really make you gain weight unless you eat abnormal amounts.
Just try to not only look at the weight, sometimes you got to feed your soul. And instead of eating that banana (for example) on a tuesday, eat a snickers or whatever piece of candy you want, it won’t make you gain weight, just like switching out lasagna for a hamburger once in a while doesn’t make you gain weight, unless the hamburger is 300pounds of course.
Just don’t be to restrictive, and don’t over eat, and you will both be happy physically and mentally. Hope this helped something! Wish you the best ❤️
