I cannot sleep. Ive been trying to sleep for almost 4 months, idek if it's insomnia or just a messed up sleeping schedule.
School is back but all the books are sold out. I promised myself to work hard on it this year but I'm hopeless.
But I'm not gonna let my feelings get in the way of me and my dreams. I also need to lose weight and be healthy since my sleeping schedule is messed up my eating schedule Is also kind of not what I want. I work out regularly not for weight loss but yeah it's actually for weight loss but I started it as a habit. And I cannot go a day without working out at least 30 minutes i feel better after doing it especially stretching.
My acne got worse these day but I believe its because of my period an sleeping. Ive cut out dairy, gluten i started taking vitamins and putting serum on my face. Nothing is working. I think it's all connected I mean if I get regular sleep and eat vitamins my acne will be gone fs.
Also I just wanna say that i believe in nothing i just don't know how I got here. It's so much to unpack.

Go to bed when you are tired and play relaxation music. Then lie down and while breathing in and out slowly relax yourself all over and make sure you are relaxed. Keep listening to the music and imagine that you are floating across the sky on a cloud. You are lying on the cloud and are comfy, warm, and relaxed.
ReplyWhat I do is similar to the other responder, but not the same.
I listen to white noise, not music. I then focus on my breathing. I make my breath slow and easy and rhythmic. With each breath I release, I make myself heavier until I can't push into my bed any father and I'm pushing into the ground instead
I'm a grounder, not a floater.
Oh, and my cat likes sleeping on me. That keeps me from tossing and turning and adds extra weight. If you dont have a cat, a weighted blanket works just as good.
