Go to a doctor and ask for Duloxetine tablets. These are for anxiety and panic attacks. My son has anxiety and had social anxiety and he takes these. They work for him so they should work for you.
ReplyHey, i also have anxiety and social anxiety. My problem with is i have palpitations and crams on my hands or my entire body. You are not alone with this okay? Just take a deep breath or you can use the method breathing exercises in YouTube. Look around 5 things you can see, smell and hear. These will make you feel relaxed. This is taught by my therapist. Hope it helps you. I'm so proud that you were able to get into college. Fight your anxiety. You can do it.
ReplyDon't mix up suddenly, try to hang out with ur friend and then friends, when you start feeling good then try to mix up with more people. And visit a doctor. Anxiety is really hard to endure.
ReplyYou have bodily sensations. You have thoughts. You have perceptions. All of these things come and go. Those that get your attention, get named, have a story added on about them, and get an emotional response from you have enough energy to stick around and return often. Those that get no reaction from you - no resistance from you - no opinion or added story dissolve without any notice and are replaced by the next shinney object. This applies to wanted and unwanted thoughts and sensations.
The next time you feel discomfort, let it be there with you for as long as it may last. Don't resist it, add a story, or react emotionally. If it is not caused by a physical illness, it will leave when it is time.
You are not your thoughts or sensations. Their arrival does not make them automatically meaningful. You do that. You are the one who can and should decide which ones are worthy of further consideration.
So, energize the good stuff and let the other stuff dissolve from lack of attention.
