No never, it will not only loss your weight but appetite and strength too.
Better to eat at time, light and healthy. And exercise is very important for active metabolism.
Replyeating more regularly will increase your metabolism, the key is eating a well balanced diet and adequate exercise
ReplyIf you want my honest opinion, no, it is not. It will then cause body damage, maybe even induce eating disorder. So let it be, you can lose weight with other methods. I find a balanced, healthy diet and with fitness you can achieve your goal.
