A poem- Until

I will play your game until my fingers bleed,

Until the dice no longer rolls.

I will walk in your shoes until my feet ache,

Until the path is trodden deep into the earth.

I will be your puppet until my arms are weak,

Until the very strings break.

I will fulfil your dreams until they become reality,

Until they are as real as we are.

I will drink your potions until they no longer affect me,

Until they become a pure as water.

I will relight your flame until mine burns out,

Until I am left with a charcoal match.

I will feel your knife cut into my skin until I can feel it no more

Until I bleed no more.
