Fear of getting driver’s license

Okay so hear me outt. The place where I live in, most people use scooter and bikes as a personal vehicle preference. I know how to ride a scooter and I was so excited to get my license as well. One time I heard on news that a girl who is the owner of big hotel got into scooter accident and lost her legss and is on wheelchair for life. That didn’t bother me much and I was confident enough to get my license as well. Then I even professionally got my scooter training. Then after few months, my college started and one day my boyfriend and I were riding a bike on a highway(he was driving). As we were crossing paths, another bike and our bike kinda crashed and we were the ones that fell down. It was nothing major but after that I am kinda scared like even when I am riding with my mom or my boyfriend whenever some other vehicle comes near me, I kinda get scared. So what do I do? I am just so afraid of what if I drive carefully but the other person comes and bangs at my vehicle. I am not scared of dying but what if something major happens and I have to lose things like that owner of big hotel that I talked about earlier. These things are making my confidence so low that I haven’t been able to get my license too. HELP!😢
