Hi, I want to ask everyone who's in college, graduated, working, has a family. Or even almost graduating high school.
I'm a high school freshman, and no matter how I see it I think I'll kill myself before I graduate high school. This is because I'm scared and don't want to see the future, I don't want to see my friends leave, I hold responsibilities, and everything that hits the moment I turn 18.
How do you not think about how much you'll change and burn out after?
I don't want to marry anyone, I don't want to take care of kids, I don't think I can even come close to helping the world. I don't think my parents will be happy with me, I don't think all the money into raising me was worth it, so how do I not think about this?
How do I not kill myself because of the future I can't see?

I've thoughts like that even until now and it's very difficult. What I can say is to try and not think of the future. Just try to enjoy things now without minding as much for the future and think of new possibilities you are about to experience that may give you a reason to live.
