Need advice on skincare

Okay, this is random. I have never ever use any kind of skincare products in my 25 years of life. Given my skin has never experience a breakout (only 1 pimple appears once in a blue moon). And my complexion is fine. However, these past few weeks, I noticed my face has dry spots. They are really dry but not throughout the whole face. Question is, what is causing this and what type of product do I need to remedy this? Also, if you have any tips or info regarding this problem, please share with me.

Side note: I usually just 'wash' my face with tap water in the morning and when I feel dirty.

I’m not a dermatologist (you should probably consult with one though) and I don’t have photographs, but I’ll try. Dry skin can result from quite a few things: changes in the air temperature, switching lotions, eczema. When my skin gets dry I like to use Cetaphil.

Is Cetaphil good for this kind of condition? Is it safe? Since I have never use any, I'm a bit reluctant to try face products.

If you are having a breakout, you should use CeraVel (Face wash) Medicube (Pore pad.) THE ORDINARY (Serum) Medicube (Pimple cream). If your face is dry then wash your face two times a day (morning and night) and moisturize

    Hope this helps!!
