1. No and yes. No it takes up too much time but yes you need to qualified in that field. But you should get a master's degree in one term by passing associate and bachelors.
2. No it takes both experience and education
3. Sometimes companies pay for you to go to school somewhat for that field.
4. Yes because you still need to the knowledge on the subject.
