My 6th grade teacher who had a case of ass with me because they hadn't figured out that girls could have ADHD yet. I called her out for being abusive as a teacher. No teacher should ever tell a child "when you get to middle school, someone is going to deck you." No teacher should tell a student that they're tattling when they report that another student spat into their hair. She blamed me for defending myself against a barrage of broken crayons from a group of boys who were pelting me with them as I sat at my desk. Which incidentally, my desk was turned backwards against the wall, not for a time out but for weeks to isolate me from the class. Again, nothing ANY educator anywhere should ever do. And I bcc'd it to her principal and the superintendent. 30 years too late but may she answer for her crimes. I demonstrably have C-PTSD from grades 4-6 in particular and she is responsible for the majority of what happened in grade 6, besides the little demons in my class who are a whole other story. Sucks to be neurodivergent, not know you're neurodivergent, and just live in a constant cycle of being picked on and punished because it's hard to know how to act.

These things happen at work too! I was sitting at my desk at work talking to a customer on the phone when suddenly a rubber band flew into my face and I said, "Oh shit!" because I got a fright. I immediately told the boss and he said, "Are they still doing that?" He went to these stupid young guys and told them to stop flinging rubber bands around. And your teacher should have told the boys at your school to stop with the crayons. Sounds like she had it in for you.
