I am so so scared right now.
I'm in an awkward place in terms of school. The rest of my peers are applying to places in the UK, using the UCAS system, and are getting trained help from teachers who know what they're talking about.
But me- I'm going to a different continent for university. And I have no idea what I'm doing. Not just that- my year counsellor told me at Halloween to come to him when I need help. I thought that meant when I was stuck. I DIDN'T realise that he meant when I needed a transcript or a reference letter- both of which I very much needed. So i came to him the week before we went off for Christmas, and he was pissed.
Started shouting at me about how this isn't good enough, I should know better, which are true.
I had to rush one application and barely got another away.
I'm planning on doing another application this weekend, and I don't think I need anything special from the counsellor, but I'm scared to ask for anything else at this point.
Also- most of my friends have already received all five of their UCAS options, and I haven't even sent my third and final one away.
I'm freaked out at the thought that I'm wasting my opportunities, that I'm a stupid fucking kid who didn't ask for help until it was too late. That I think I'm meant for greatness when i can't even submit a fucking application on time.
I don't know what to do. Am I doomed?

Are you applying to the US? Which country do you live in? I went to an international school so I have at least a little bit of experience with a few different application systems.
