First, my main language is not english, so sorry if you can't understand a single sentence.lol
I feel like I'm stuck. I need, want and try to be organized and complete my tasks but at the same time feel no motivation to do it. Like something is keeping me from being a functional person. Recently I deleted all the apps that distract me because I started to spent more than 4 hours watching non sense content but even knowing I don't have anything to do on my phone I grab it and stare at the menu.
I need to study for a really important test that will change my freakin life if I fail it and I just can't stop procrastinating EVEN when I hate doing anything else knowing i have something more important to do.
10 minutes ago I cried while taking a shower cause I suddenly felt so overwhelmed. I don't know if it's guilt or what. I know I should go to a psychologist but I have no money. Could try with one of public healthcare but God knows when are they going to give me an appointment.
Whoever reads this, thank you and sorry for the long paper.

When you have nothing to do on your phone leave it alone and do something different for a change. If you did school work online when schools were closed because of covid you are likely to be mentally damaged and this could be your problem. You are right that you should see a psychologist and at least try with public health care as you might see one sooner than you think.
