Since a few days, i have been just so lost. I have failed my exams last semester. And now i am writing the supplementry for it. But, i do not feel like studying at all. Whenever i sit to study, i just started feeling so anxious and just could not concentrate. I end up crying. What should i do. This exam is a last chance for ne, given by my parents. I would not be able to study if i do not pass this time, they will just marry me off with some random boy. I do not ever want that. But i for sure, that i would not be able to load my exams. I am just to stressed out and have serious suicidal thoughts. I really need help. But i cannot afford therapy or anything.
Please if anyone can help me, suggest me. What should i do? Should i write my exams, and force myself to study? Or should i just drop out? And if i do tht, what else should i do? I am too lost.... i don't even want to exist anymore at this point. Please help!

I think that you should have a serious talk with your parents about this. First I must tell you that if you were doing schoolwork online when the schools were closed because of covid your mental health has been most likely been badly affected like many others and this has in turn affected your work. Tell your parents that you appreciate this chance that they have given you, but you can't study and tell them why. Tell them that you are very much stressed out and are having serious suicidal thoughts. Dropping out seems to be the best idea so decide with your parents what you should do. You can tell them that seeing a therapist could help but you can't afford it and maybe when you say that they will offer to pay. Best wishes.
ReplyIf you have any friends ask them to study with you, even talk to youre teacher about what youve been dealing with. They may be able to help you understand the matieral more and could possibly give you an easier time.
Im assuming that your parents arent the type to understand mental illines but if you dont have anything to lose just tell them how youve been feeling, maybe even a older family memeber that would understand you and help you. Telling anyone who is close to you can help you feel better.
