Creators and Consumers

They say there are two types of people in the world. Producers and consumers , creators or consumers. They say I should be ashamed , ashamed of being a consumer but I must tell you that I do not pride myself over being one neither do I shame myself for it. For not everyone has the alignment in luck to be the creator , the producer. Being privileged and unbothered is not a vice but it certainly is a matter of exclusivity. Don’t ever be the consumer for they can sit at the shore of the sea looking at the limitlessly vast ocean , never step foot into it ..or they can. They can but how is it any different? They can drown in it , they can taste it thrive in it or die of a sodium overdose perhaps. They can lunge into its deep depths and drown in it. Be consumed. They can do about everything with the sea except be the creator of the very thing that consumed them. That’s the tragedy of being a consumer. But aren’t we all exclusive creators in a way? Exclusively retailing our produce to ourselves.. go into the depraved depths of our very own dead sea. Things floating up top and not being able to drown ..why? because its your own creation. You want to be consumed by your own creation but you cant. You venture the question, why? If you want to be drowned , to be consumed you need to be both the creator and the consumer. Is this what being omnipotent is? Being the creator of your own doom? You manage to drown and youre repulsed. And such is the tragedy of being a creator.
