I want to change my mindset so bad. I'm tired of this negativity consuming my brain, affecting my entire mood for hours, days and sometimes even weeks. I am just tired. I want to take steps forward, it's hard. I try to think positive but everything that happens, my default isn't encouraging. I can see my relationships suffer because of this. I feel so selfish, knowing that my mood affects the ones around me. I just don't know where to start..
