Just live your life fully. Don't let the past steal your present. Focus on the things that matter. Focus on the now. Soon enough you will find yourself in a different place. Good luck.
ReplyI got better advice. Firstly, look at yourself in the mirror- who are you now and why are you moving on? If you know that good! Secondly, why you move on stems the new you- what can you improve about yourself? How can you become better so that this doesn't happen again? Find this out because don't kid yourself- this is real life. Thirdly, make a plan on how you plan to move forward in your life. Have dates and short/long term goals. Lastly, focus on you- any type of progress is moving forward no matter big or small. Keep busy, find a hobby or a passion- an empty mind is a bottomless pit of reminiscing.one more thing- you can do it! i believe in you- why? because you didn't type a paragraph which means you may have some sense of security already for you to move forward. You didn't complain or whine or show any signs of hopelessness. You just needed direction...and I'm giving it to you.p.s. is this good enough to be a personal coach?
ReplyWhen people whine or complain on this site it is to get anger and frustration out.
Some who have been through a lot.
Everyone feels hopelessness, sorrow, or anger and it is perfectly fine to do so!
No this is not good enough to be a personal coach!
You are saying there is a right way or a wrong way to feel.....not so.
You lack empathy.
