I did a social test on myself the other day to see how depressed I really was. I told myself, every time I thought "kill me", and I meant it, I would write a (roughly one-inch) line on a sheet of paper. I used the backsides of the papers too. I had already known how almost all my thoughts were of death, but I still wanted to know.
I filled out 9.5 sheets of paper.
Too bad I made promises not to suicide. Two promises. And I NEVER break my promises.
kill me.

Hey : )So, you wrote 9.5 sheets of paper for every time you thought "kill me" and meant it. Now, you're here writing to us. Maybe you want to keep living after all, but want the pain to stop. Lots of us have been there, for different reasons I'm sure, but thinking the same thing "There's no way out apart from death".Well there is another way out, and you'll be glad you looked for it when you're older and look back to this time in your life. As for right now, please try to talk to somebody. Friends, family or professionals. Have you tried any helplines? https://novnitesting.com/he...Just remember that there's no quick and simple answer. It's going to take some effort. But they say nothing easy is worth doing, and I agree.
ReplyDon't kill me.
Is what you should be writing.
You can do this life.....
