So I just found this app, and I'm gonna give it a try. Not sure how I feel. But I do know I need to get things out my head and onto something sometimes.
Recently I have gained a lot of weight, due to depression and stress. I'm no longer on medication. I just don't want it. My previous boyfriend had broken up with me, out of no where, with no explanation. Never wanted to talk about why. He really messed me up. I can't even trust being in a relationship anymore. To add to my mess, I was pregnant and didn't know. I found out, because I had a miscarriage. Ever since then I literally have just been eating my feelings and I just don't know how to stop. I've gained 11 pounds. Got so upset with myself I join the gym again the other day. So far one 1 lb down. 10 more to go to get back to myself, and 50 more to go to get to where I really want to be. I'm just so lost and emotionally tired, I sometimes feel it makes me physically not want to do anything. Or talk to anyone because I'm just ashamed of how much I let him effect me. This miscarriage was the most painful one I've ever had. I still feel like I can't get over it. I don't think I will. But I need to find a way to motivate myself to do better. My life is a mess right now. And I don't know where to start picking it all up spmetimes...

Work
Want to ask any of you, which one you choose: Work with low wage and stressful, depressed till you want die,,, but you can at least pay your food. Or work on...
Just take it step by step. Do one small thing each day. to get yourself closer to where you want to be and eventually you'll make it. Everything worth doing takes time, and you can't jump from 0-100, it just doesn't work.
Be patient and I know you can get to where you want to be : )
