Feeling down

From past few days, I start to feel very sad suddenly. I don't know why I feel this way or what has happened to me , it's just a very bad feeling from which I am not able to escape.

It's sometimes normal to feel sad for days but everything gets better. One day you will wake up and the sadness will be gone. Just try to surround yourself with all positives, listen to happy music and do things you love. If you are worried about yourself talking to a family member, friend or counselor might be the best idea. I'm even here if you need anyone to talk to. I hope you start to feel better :)
