Are you stressed out at work? Are you in a stressful relationship? Perhaps school is stressing you out or maybe it’s your family. Today’s video covers awesome tips to better manage your stress.

It may seem obvious, but simply taking a few deep breaths when stressed can help take the edge off. Since stress is a physical reaction, it’s important to get plenty of exercise too.

Any physically active way that allows you to let out your pent up energy is helpful.

Developing an organized written plan of action can help you tactfully tackle your stressors one by one. Socializing and laughing can also help de-stress you. If you have an overwhelming amount of work you need to make time for yourself so you don't burn out and become even more stressed.

Spending time outside or in nature can also be a great elixir for stress. So the next time you’re stressed remember to breathe, exercise, laugh, or socialize with people and you should experience some relief.
