Developing an organized written plan of action can help you tactfully tackle your stressors one by one. Socializing and laughing can also help de-stress you. If you have an overwhelming amount of work you need to make time for yourself so you don't burn out and become even more stressed.
Spending time outside or in nature can also be a great elixir for stress. So the next time you’re stressed remember to breathe, exercise, laugh, or socialize with people and you should experience some relief.
