Was this video helpful?

This video was made in response to our previously posted video by SoulPancake called “An Experiment in Gratitude | The Science of Happiness”.

DISCLAIMER: If you haven’t watched that video yet, go watch it now and come back here right after!

Prior to this video, viewers were asked to record a video trying the experiment themselves. If you still haven’t seen the previous video, that’s okay.

The experiment asked to write about the most influential person in your life and why they made such a big impact on you. After finishing the writing, the test asked to call and read everything you wrote to that person afterwards.

The people chosen in this video called their mothers and their grandfathers to express gratitude to them for their profound influence in their lives.

This is quite the tearjerker so if you don’t have tissues nearby, you might want to go grab some. If you enjoyed this content give it a try for yourself and see how it makes you feel afterwards.

SoulPancake’s test proved that the more unhappy you may be feeling right now, the bigger increase in happiness this may bring you.

Inspiration, Happiness, Thank You
