For the victims

If you ever encounter a narcissist or a group of one, instead of being scared or recoiling from whatever they do, try to take note of whatever they do and write it down.

You can also know parts of you that you never knew in what they do, for instance, how our do things or what you look like or what you think of things. It's very enlightening however there are times that it could be skewered and exaggerated to insult you, but try to find the kernel of truth in the bucket of lies.
