Wtf is wrong with people?

I keep reading so many stories about animal cruelty...wtf is wrong with people? In my area some crappy old woman purposely ran over a dog. Looked back 10 seconds and went on. It broke its leg in 2 pieces injured its eye and paw.The police are looking for them and I hope they find the heartless person. Animals dont deserve that treatment. They almost have more love than humans maybe have more. I hate cruel people.
