Im on a journey to loose 110 pounds . I used to weigh 250 now I weigh 228. My doctor was so proud of me when i went to the doctor recently. I still got 88 pounds left to go, but im getting there. I eat plain oatmeal for breakfast and a protein shake or smoothie for lunch and a salad and a protein for dinner. I pretty much eat the same thing every day, but its working . Plus I exercise 4-5 days a week. I just started to do abs . The doctor wants me to buy some weights and weight train. I have a membership at a gym but im still scared to go because of germs. If you are trying to loose weight dont give up! I wanted to give up so many times and stop this journey. Its a full time job to loose weight but Im going to keep going! I just wanted to vent . hope you enjoyed my story.
