Self-discipline to stop thinking about who hurt me. If things were meant to change, it would have happened.
Self-compassion to don't blame me for things that aren't in my control.
Awareness to figure out where I stopped being happy.
Introspection, silent healing. Nobody needs to know what I've been through. People can care, don't care at all, and feign interest.
