Let's just say that being in a school that is rated around five stars doesn't mean that EVERYONE likes it. Because all of the reviews are from parents. And parents will only think about what their kids have learnt. But most kids there feel uncomfortable, and bored, and overwhelmed with homework, and separated. Why'd I say separated, you ask? Well, there, there are things called teams. Sixth through eighth grade each have four teams: B, L, T, and M. Each team has one teacher of each subject.(LAR, Math, Social studies, etc.)So if you are assigned team T, you can't be assigned to any teacher on team L, M, or B.(Unless you get cross-teamed which is very rare) So now that I'm on team L, I don't see any of my friends that are on other teams. Oh, and by the way, there are 5 elementary schools combining into one school. And you don't know anyone on your team, and i each class there are three to four people from your old school. So, you feel all alone, which, in fact, is pretty much the definition of me in middle school.
