When I was asked to join a Mindfulness class I laughed. I've heard all kinds of strange things about it.
I thought on it for a few months and decided why not. I am very glad I did. The classes were twice a week with homework every night which equals "working on yourself". I started seeing a counselor and taking Mindfulness classes to better myself and it worked.
I took that class for over 2 years and helped an enormous amount of people. I was also asked to teach the class and I had to say No. I was moving to another state and I couldn't teach unfortunately.
If you ever feel overwhelmed or not wanting to be alive, please first search for MINDFULNESS. Practice a bit of it and you will be a different person feeling a lot better about yourself and your life. I didn't think it would work for me, but it has. I have gone on to make better decisions for myself. I'm grateful!
