I always thought I was straight and I am, kind of. I have always been attracted to dudes and still am but I have been crushing on a person for a while now, she is a girl. I think shes beautiful and amazing (shes also very straight :( ), she's also funny and kind. I didnt think anything of it at first but I think I have actual feelings for her. This is really scary for me, my family is quite homophobic and I don't know how my friends would react if I told them. I still dont even know for myself for sure that I am. I am just super confused and questioning everything.

I know that feeling, im actually still confused if i like girls. To me, you should try telling your friends. If they are truly your friends then they would accept you for who you are. I know its scary just take time and think about it. Good luck and god bless
ReplyI had a pretty wild time trying to figure out my sexuality in high school and college, and the one thing that helped me was dividing things into what my body wants and what my mind wants. Do you want to do fun touching type things with this person? Or do you just want to be around her, have her good regard, support her, and all of that? Or both?
If it's the touching stuff (or both), then hey, you just might be bisexual. If it's just the feelings, and the thought of touching doesn't do much for you, then you might just be straight and biromantic, which means that your body likes the opposite gender and your mind likes whoever it decides to like.
I am personally biromantic, but it's not something I act on when someone is the same gender as me, because many people expect the physical component of a relationship to go hand in hand with the feelings. I prefer to just become very good friends with whoever it is, and let the feelings eventually die out.
Maybe this helps you, and maybe it doesn't. But I'm sure you'll figure it out even if it takes a while. Good luck!
