cliffs by the sea, i miss you and me

I stood on a cliff spotted with pleasant-smelling wildflowers and below me i saw the calm seas. The temperature was cool and the sky was for the most part overcast. The sun peeked through the clouds every few minutes and it's rays were warming and strangely comforting. I sat down in the damp grass and picked petals one by one off the white wildflowers that gathered in bunches around my legs and feet. Believe me, I had no intention of jumping to my death while i was up there on the cliff, I just needed some space alone to think to myself.
