I am not even in high school and I am seeing a dermatologist. I am so stressed and I hate myself. I am seeing a therapist for anxiety, but nothing helps my self esteem. I feel like I will be a sitting duck to every bully in my school next year. I have no clue what to do.

Replyive been bully since 5 grade about my weight my acne and now im about to be a junior and i lost a lot of weight and i dont have acne no more and i still get bully ...no matter what we do they still pick on us ...theres nothing wrong with us ..its them
ReplyI have tried many many different treatments for acne, but for me, personally natural products have worked the best. My acne appears as small bumps on my forehead and some whiteheads on my chin, but my cheeks and nose are clear. Drinking water, eliminating stress, good sleep, not picking at your skin, and less sugar all are extremely important as well. I also have gone without any foundation or any sort of face makeup besides under eye concealer and that has also helped clear up my skin.Also, regularly changing my pillow case is vital.
my skincare routine:
Morning:
Wash face with unscented goat's milk soap and boire baking soda wash. Pat dry. Use apple cider vinegar toner ( half apple cider vinegar and half water.) I use a small amount of CeraVe moisturizer, coconut oil, and sunscreen.
Night:
using a spinning cleaning brush, I wash my face with goat's milk soap and Boire baking soda wash. I put on apple cider vinegar toner and allow it to dry. Next, I apply a natural ( burts bees) spot treatment on certain bad spots. I also allow that to dry. Next, I mix together tea tree oil, moisturizer, and a small amount of coconut oil and apply.
