I dont really want to sleep right now. So much on my mind and i just want to do nothing. Yet i want to do something other than sleep. I honestly don't know why i avoid going to sleep at night, well I guess if I had someone with me, or even just my dog, or something to do. I have an easier time going to sleep. It's not sleeping that is my problem but going to sleep is.

You don't want to go to sleep 😕
That's weird. May be you have lots of free time. If you keep yourself busy whole day like by doing manual work which makes people feel tired, or if you do travelling like from your work place/school/college to home, then when you will come home tired, you will automatically feel like sleeping. You will feel like going to sleep.

I am not getting this line actually. Its not the problem of insomnia. Insomnia is where you don't feel sleepy.
But how come you do sleep but don't want to go for it?
