Hi There,
Is it just me or do other people find it difficult not act in a way that people could see as being an asshole. I've tried so many times to act differently to how I normally to be nicer to people around me but for some reason I always seem to fall into the same actions of treating particular people around me like dirt it feels like sometimes. I really want to be a better person and from an outside view and the view of the person I'm treating people might think I'm an asshole and I want to change. If anyone has any advice or possible reason why I find it so hard to treat someone nicely it would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks :)

It's good that you recognize that there's a problem
ReplyIt might help to spend time to introspect and relive those moments and write a few incidents down which you might find to be a bit repetitive. Then you can sit down with someone who you believe might be helpful , maybe someone to whom you can actually say that ‘you do not understand’… or present your problems as that of a character, and discuss in that way… many people would be able to look into it with selective intrigue and/or curiosity and may just offer an unbiased opinion. That can be a start. But firstly, in my opinion, you have to accept openly that you do not understand, but surely wish to.
All the best
