I feel like i don't have time. I woke up at 5am, go to the gym in a hurry, then shower, dress up, go to work, be there from 8-5, then hurry up at home, prepare my meals for the next day, take a shower, eat and go to bed.
I don't have time anymore. I don't even know what I would like to do because I don't have time to think! I'm kind of tired, and I feel i need to spend sometime with myself, figure myself out.

You should take a break from all of that. Maybe take a day off to think about what you’d like to do. Organize some alone time for yourself. Plan something for yourself, like maybe an afternoon of just relaxing and reading a book. Whatever makes you feel calm and not stressed. By giving yourself time, you’ll find yourself to be a happier person:)
