so, I’ve made the decision to move to another school from a grammar school (somewhere I had to take a test to get into) because I hate the pressure, and it made me stress out so much. I’m moving to a normal school where I’m doing less gcse’s. And I’m scared out of my mind, because my family think I’m making a massive mistake and they’ve told me I don’t have a future and I’ve messed up my life. And I can’t talk to them about being scared because they’re just always telling me how I’ve messed up and I don’t want to mess up and I just want some support, because what if I have messed up- nobody’s believing in me anymore and it feels horrible and I don’t know what to do

start believing in yourself. ok yeah it sucks when other people don't believe in you, but really you're the one who needs to believe in yourself. you've got to focus on your goals and work for your success.
what if you have messed up? that would mean that you're human. you can either let your mistake define and destroy you or you can let it motivate you, learn from it, rise above it, and create your future.
ultimately believing in you is your job. do you want a future? go get it!
ReplyListen. As bad as things get, think of your happiness. I know not succeeding is scary. Try to think, and this sounds like terrible advice, but like a kid. Fearless. Don't worry about what could've been. What is important is now, and I know you know that and all, but know that you can make a home of whatever you have
