maybe you just need to take a break and breath. do something relaxing like listen to music you like. i hop you feel better.
ReplyI tried this mantra, it didn't work for me, infant it made me more anxious. When i feel stressed or anxious, the one thing that ALWAYS works is listening to music, you should try that.
