I hate how I tend to procrastinate and regret everything later on. But then, it would be too late. I wish I would stop doing it. :(

Ok so stop doing it. Actively work to challenge those behaviors and replace them with new proactive ways of approaching tasks. Without working on this, you will continue to struggle. This won't go away until you make some changes.
ReplyTry using a schedule/planner book and post a big calendar size in your room, that way you will be reminded to complete your task on time. Hopefully it works.
