You're making excuses with this little effort to start a blame game!
The reason that rape happens is that THERE ARE RAPISTS!
If they have been chemically castrated, the penis won't function, BUT, they'll use whatever is at reach to do it anyway!
Have you ever thought about it? No, 'cause you're busy looking at your own bellybutton and don't even bother to take a look around.
I would like to see if something happened to a friend of yours, your girlfriend or family member.
You wouldn't blame them like this just the way you do to people you DON'T EVEN KNOW!
And you want to talk about dress code? Okay, your job, for example. There's a dress code, follow or else you're fired: Do not wear piercings, no visible tattoos, no facial hair (beard and mustache).
And if this was a reply to a previous letter, I'm pretty sure the author wasn't liking the comments she was getting regarding her clothing preference, patterned, plain color, there's always someone to say “wear this.” “Nevermind, wear that.” and so on.
And there're people like you.
That come here to say that women ASK for it, when you're contributing to the “SHE'S EYE CANDY” culture, when it is convenient.
