I have been going to Ukrainian school on Saturdays for the past ten years and I hate it. All the teachers do is yell at us and I try to do the homework and I try to remember what they teach us, but it doesn't usually work that way. I always have a ton of homework from normal school and can't just remember stuff after hearing it once.
I haven't gone at all yet this year, but I have to go tomorrow and I know my teachers will yell at me for not coming. I'm quite introverted and only have one or two friends in the class, so them paying so much attention to me will make me super nervous and uncomfortable. Also, I hate letting people down. All my life I've tried to see things from other people's perspective and make them proud or happy, and any time a teacher yells at our class I want to cry because I know I've let them down.
I already don't have time to do all my homework for regular school, too (I haven't read the last 5 chapters in one of my AP classes) and now I will have Ukrainian school homework on top of that.
I'm just so scared to go to Ukrainian school. I've been nauseous all day from thinking about it.

Yes, avoiding something only makes it more uncomfortable and not going only puts you farther behind. Quite a difficult situation to have created for yourself.
