So I've been wearing an outplay top instead of a binder pretty much all day because it's a great alternative that offers compression but also is better for being active and not getting questioned by family that came over for Thanksgiving. About an hour or 2 ago the back of my neck started to hurt if I moved it a certain way. Now this isn't the first time I've worn a binder or this top but it is the first time this has happened.
Should I be worried I've pinched a spinal nerve or something because I have been binding for most of this past week, OR, do I just need to give binding a break for a little bit to let my body rest?
I'm sure it's probably fine but also I've never really experienced this in the past 3 years of proper binding I've done.
Any advice would help, thanks.

A Start...
The other night I told my guy best friend that I was trans..and he took it well and everything was good. Tonight I knew I planned on telling my girl best friend...
I think you should give your body a rest, yeah...
ReplyHardly living as a woman as women don't have to do that to themselves.
ReplyThat's kinda the point. Most people who wear a binder don't identity as female. I know I certainly don't identity as female. I would love to chop my chest right off and not have to wear a binder anymore.
ReplyIdk, maybe you slept on your neck weird
