I need some advice.
I think I may have selective mutism? I'm an adult. I'm 22. But whenever someone yells at me or anything I go mute. I hide my face and cry. It's a reaction that I can't help and it happens automatically without fail. It's happened my whole life. I was yelled at and beat a lot as a child. Do you think this a reaction due to ptsd?

ReplyYeah I have issues like that too. You're not alone. It's something you can't help. You'll get stronger through time.
