ReplyI can relate what I did was I tried getting out more meeting more people.i started going to the gym and distracted myself from all my dark thoughts.I want you to do the same it can help you and things can get better if you want them too.wishing you the best good luck

You are not alone.. we are with you. you have that seed in you that can give rise to a new self. try thinking positively and try looking out to the brighter side of every situation. No matter what life throws at you, stand up and say life is hard, i know, but i am harder. You can and you will. Meditate more, sleep more, read more and give yourself me-time in order to retrospect about what's going wrong and where it is going wrong. Meditation is really helpful.

ReplyI am in the same boat. I feel lonely and empty but I know there is something inside of me that wants to fight. Fight for me to be happy again. Control your pain by controlling your thoughts. When you feel lifeless try to do something exciting that is health like go for a walk, go to the movies, something that you normally wouldn't do but will make you feel good in a health way. Don't give up. There is hope for us.

ReplyI jog/run/bike .... until i get very very tired.... then i go home... drink some water and coffee... watch tv.. and sleep... i am different from those people who see their selves as king and queens, directors and chief, boss and superior.. im not one of them, im not that smart.. but i do know how to respect my self and others who deserve my respect.. Im not selfish because i know how to help others when needed.. unlike them ... they just choose to be in that fucking seat just earn money from other peoples sweat.!
ReplyMaybe you don't need to change, but shed the things you dislike. By this, I mean get rid of the way you think about your failures. Fails do NOT define you. It's how you pick yourself up and try again that defines you. Changing into some different person won't help you. Life shoots everybody down, but we're in this together and each of us is strong. You're capable of achieving what you want. You need to keep GOING. Motivation will come, but you can't depend on it just showing up. Today do something productive and give the universe a small positive. You'll find that you lighten up a smidge. And again, just KEEP ON PLOWIN THROUGH. It's exhausting, yes, but you are not alone.
