Man, what I wouldn't give to be able to freeze time...not forever, not even on a large scale, just for a few hours every month, here and there....as I age (I'm only 35) I'm finding that, perceptually, time really does go by faster and faster. I'm worried I'll wake up one day an old man wondering where my life went - that thought scares me, not because I'm afraid to grow old, but I am afraid of life ending, and missing out on it.

I'm 27 and I feel the same way... I'm already living as though I don't really exist, like I'm invisible. This wasn't what I wanted for myself, but it's how it turned out.
Weeks fly by. Even events of a year ago feel like they could have happened last month. I think by the time we get to this age, we do become old before we know it. So... try to enjoy life while you still can.
