My Unsent Letter
My dad hits me its like he has to do it Naturally. For example I shook my present one time threaten me with a back Rubber. And hes not nice to me I am speechles...
Why is that?
There's always a reason behind the way that you feel. Surely, many may have it worst but it doesn't justify that you're invaild to feel the way that you do, and aren't suffering. Perhaps, suffering differently and less visible for others to see. If you're truly suffering mentally, emotionally or physically then it isn't invalid and shouldn't be compared or put aside.
Everyone has a different life.
Everyone has different circumstances,misfortunes,
environment, experiences etc... Doesn't mean everyone handles things exactly the same way and what works for one person does mean it works for all.
You can have a nice life and everything you need but can still be unhappy, unfulfilled etc...
Look at celebrities having it all that you can ever imagine from money, fame, health, loving family and friends. Some then end up committed suicide because of stress, drugs, unhappiness, mental illness, illness and so on. They suffer too because they're just as human with emotions as you and I are.
If you really feel that something is wrong with you and might have some type of issue. If you can afford and have resources around you, then get the help that you do so need.
If this isn't the case and you're a just not in a good mood for whatever reason, then learn how to have gratitude for what you do have surrounding you. Things that impacts you in a healthy positive way that benefits and helps your well-being. Go talk your friends and family that you do have. Tell them how you feel and maybe you'll see that it isn't something to be dramatic about.
You do need to figure out why you want to end things and the way that you feel. No one can figure it out for you unless there's a real underlying issue which you can't help and stops you from living your life. In this case, then you'd need to get professional help for they will help you heal and figure out what's going on.
