If you feel anything like stress, tired out or anything like that or even if you feel like leaving everyone and everything and go somewhere where no one will disturb you and you can live in peace just try this method. I'm not sure if it will work with everyone but it worked with me so just wanted to help others:
RECOMMENDED TO DO AFTER DINNER OR IN A MOMENT WHEN YOU REST (after dinner so that even if you fall asleep there's no problem)
1. turn off any type of electric/modern/electricity using gadgets near you
2. turn off the light
3. accommodate yourself somewhere you are comfortable with no one around, basically no one should disturb you, you might want to tell whoever would come to ask something that you want to stay alone for a bit (maybe somewhere with a good view of the sky)
4. and Then think about what made you feel stressed/tired out etc.. and try to think of how can you avoid feeling like that but don't force yourself to think to much and if you feel like forcing or anything like that think about something else that makes you happy (such as some good memories or something fun you did)
5. while thinking about memories, if you get emotional or anything like that don't stop yourself from being it, if you need to cry, laugh or anything just do it, no one will see you.
6. MOST IMPORTANTLY IN THAT MOMENT WHEN YOU ARE DOING THESE THINGS MENTIONED BEFORE, JUST AVOID FORCING YOURSELF AND DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT CONSEQUENCES OR ANYTHING. (just don't include someone else in it, you'll for sure avoid troubles)
