I think I’d know better now than to wait to call the fire department when my house is burnt down as my kitchen is smoking. My boyfriend and I broke up this Monday and I’d had serious anxiety symptoms from Friday night to Monday morning as I could feel the shift. I had trouble eating and focusing, and when we broke it off, I felt relieved in a way of my anxiety, felt clean in knowing that what’s done is done and I could move into the new year. I still seem to have trouble eating though. I can’t eat too much or my stomach will get upset. We have relatives over right now so I’m feeling pressured to eat when I feel like I can’t. Any ideas for what’s going on? Is it just my anxiety leaving?
