Love has been a lost cause and I really don't feel love anymore. I find it hard to believe in love and barely see love around.
Lost hope in love.
Love is but an entity that is a figment of our imagination.

How?
How do you do it? You walk the world, Like nothing's wrong, The pieces in place, The planets aligned. How can you live So carefree? How can you liv...
If I speak with human eloquence and angelic ecstasy but don’t love, I’m nothing but the creaking of a rusty gate. If I speak God’s Word with power, revealing all his mysteries and making everything plain as day, and if I have faith that says to a mountain, “Jump,” and it jumps, but I don’t love, I’m nothing. If I give everything I own to the poor and even go to the stake to be burned as a martyr, but I don’t love, I’ve gotten nowhere. So, no matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do, I’m bankrupt without love.

Doesn't work for me.
ReplyIt's a Bible verse
ReplyI don't care about the Bible.
ReplyOk. You believe that. I won't push you to believe. Just remember, God loves you. No matter what.
ReplyLove isn't something you get, there is no box of love.. magical love waves.. or love dust sprinkled by fairies. Love is YOU being open to another, vulnerable and accepting of another flaws strengths and weaknesses. It is only something you can give and when you give it.. you can sense it being given back. There is no guaranteed it will be returned but 'true love' doesn't need it's reflect.. you love because you do and can, we stop loving when we can no longer bear the pain of another.
Read your post again, and you'll see where love is.. or at least the only place it would, could or ever be.
