They say what we think is what we get. But most of the time what we think might be dangerous for our mental health. We think of various things that were not really necessary in our lives but we can't see or know what those things are. We can't understand what we feel or think. The mind is very complicated. Very hard to understand. Most importantly, emotions + thoughts = can lead to death or life, beginning or end. What should I do to be able to control what I should feel? Should I just go with the flow? How can I overcome this feeling or emotion of being left out? Lost? The feeling of being forgotten?
